• Delivery to your home address: We mostly work with DHL for worldwide delivery and FEDEX depending on the destination. We ship your order to your home or to any other address of your choice. It is preferable to indicate the address in which you are during the day. If you have any preference or special request please precise it by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
• Pick-up in store: You can choose to pick up your order yourself in our stores

In the "My Account" area click on the "Orders" tab to view your order history. You will then see in the Status column at which stage your order is. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.
To track the delivery, click in the corresponding order on "Order Tracking". This will give you the shipping number.
Most of our orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within the next 6 to 9 days.
Our couriers may be experiencing off-and-on customs clearance delays due to current circumstances. Sometimes delivery could take longer, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. You can search for your product on melanybrown.com website through several ways:
• By product range: Our products are classified by categories: Select the tab corresponding to the type of product you are looking for. Click on the “Handbags” tab if you want to search for handbags or clutches, the “Jewellery” tab if you are looking for rings or bracelets for example. All the products of this family will appear and you can then choose the models you want and place an order.
• By reference: You can consult our online catalog and choose the design you want and enter its reference in the Search field provided for this purpose which appears at the top of all pages of the melanybrown.com website.
• By name: All our items have a name, you can choose your design from our online catalog and find it by typing its name in the Search field at the top of the website pages
When you have selected a product and wish to purchase it, click on "Add to cart". You will then be able to view your cart and modify the desired quantity of your products.
If you want to make other purchases, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the store.
When you have finished shopping, return to "My shopping cart" and click on "Order".
The identification window appears: if you are already a customer, simply enter your identifiers (e-mail address and password), if this is your first order, please create an account by entering your delivery details and billing. Select the delivery address and the method of payment. Validate your order.
Melanybrown.com will send you a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your order after you validate your online payment. You will also receive an email to confirm the shipment of your order.

• Cash on delivery This payment method is unfortunately only available in certain countries with which we have an agreement with the carrier. If it's the case, this 'cash on delivery' option will be offered to you when paying for your order. If not, your country does not allow it.
• By Bank Card The payment of your order is made online during the validation of your order and the contents of your basket. We accept several types of cards: Carte Bleue / E-carte Bleue, Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard / American Express
If you have not received your order after the corresponding delivery time, check the status of your package on the website (see "how to track my order"). If you cannot find your order on the carriers' sites, contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by chat
If a product does not suit you, you can return it to us for an exchange. You have 7 days from the date of reception to make a product return request. Exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return the UNDAMAGED item in the original package. Then drop off the carton at the shipping company within one week and have the proof of deposit stamped, which you will keep.
Upon reception of your package and after verification, we will then return another item to you within a maximum of 7 days.
Custom and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Please note that Melany Brown does not have any control over any taxes or customs imposed by the country that your order is being shipped to.
